The ingredients to create the very best Italian restaurant in Cape Town can only stem from authentic heritage. My name is Sholton Antonio Brenna. Although I was born in South Africa, I grew up in the north-western Italian region of Liguria in a seaside village called Monterosso Al Mare. My family shares a very proud history of being involved in the hospitality business in Italy and South Africa, dating back many generations.
I am showcasing this heritage here in the heart of the CDB, proudly introducing people to the simple yet delicious cuisine from Liguria, Italy.
