Our Story

Located on the first floor of the Bruxelles Hotel at 40 Burg Street, Liguria Ristorante is a love letter to its namesake on Italy’s northwest coast — a shimmering strip between the Riviera and the Apennines where pastel villages cling to cliffs, lemon trees perfume the air, and nonnas still pound basil into emerald-green pesto.

Inspired by those sun-drenched Italian kitchens and seaside tavernas, we bring Cape Town a taste of Liguria’s soul: olive-rich dishes, market-fresh seafood, and the unhurried joy of sharing good food with good company.
